Please note: if you have lost your password and can't get into your account, please open a support ticket for assistance. We may need to verify your identity or get approval from an organisation admin.
Changing your password has become even easier than before.
- Login to the Ellingham Email webmail client: https://ellingham.email/mail
- Select "Settings" from the navigation panel
- From the settings panel, select password at the bottom.
- Enter your Current Password then choose a new password. The 3rd box is to confirm your new password. Remember: A strong password will help prevent hackers, spammers and scammers accessing your account.
After you save successfully, you will be able to login with your new password immediately. You will need to change your password on any devices connected to your mail account.
